If you want some ideas of things to do while on the island of O'ahu, here's a list to get you started:

Hey, you're in Hawai'i, learn to surf. Lessons are available from the following services:

  • Beachboys on Waikiki Beach (they have stands on the beach)

Explore the island by foot, bike, scooter, car or bus:

  • Car, scooter and bicycle rental places are everywhere in downtown Honolulu. Rent and go!
  • TheBus: O'ahu's public transport — they go practically everywhere on the island. We've indicated the bus numbers for our suggested destinations.

Where can you go? You'll need a map and there's one in your packet.

  • Hike to the top of Diamond Head (Bus #22)
  • Go see the Halona Blow Hole and look for whales (Bus #22 — good bus!)
  • Lean into the wind at the Pali lookout (Bus #70)
  • Go see the enormous waves and top surfers at Waimea Bay (Bus #52, 53)

Explore the Ocean:

  • Rent a canoe or kayak on Waikiki beach or call the following:

Online Booking Procedure

Once you click "BOOK NOW" please follow these steps to book your vacation. If you have any questions or would like to book by phone please call 1-877-338-3883.

  1. Select the type of itinerary you are planning. (ex. Hotel/Air or Hotel/Air/Car...)
  2. Select destination and continue.
  3. Click on "Select" next to "A Pleasant Holiday -- Hawaii."
  4. Enter departure airport, departure date, destination city/island, return date, number of rooms, and number of passengers and click "Continue."
  5. Sort hotels by categories specified on right hand side, underneath green "Search" sign.
    **Travel Protection is not included in the price at this point.
  6. Change flight if you wish by clicking "Select This Hotel and Select Different Flight" on the bottom of each hotel description. Otherwise, click "Select."
  7. Go over your selections and click "Continue." You can change the room type/grade on this page.
  8. Review "Important information, Rules and Restrictions" and "Continue."
  9. Choose your options an proceed to "Book and Purchase This Trip." You can add airport/hotel transfer, rental car, and travel protection plan. **Travel Protection is not included in the price at this point. Please make sure to click if you wish to add.
  10. Review "Reservations Terms and Conditions" and check the box below.
  11. Enter "Traveler Information" and make sure all spellings are correct and same as their photo ID.
  12. Enter "Contact and Billing Information."
  13. Choose payment type.
  14. Keep your booking number and click "Submit."
