Overview

The complete Los Angeles weekend! Depart Friday morning for the drive to L.A., through the Central Valley and over the San Gabriel mountains. In the afternoon, rub elbows with the rich and famous on Rodeo Drive, then a drive along the Sunset Strip to reach the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

On Saturday, you can shop along the Strand in funky Venice Beach, or spend the day at Disneyland or Universal Studios for a discounted admission fee - it's your choice! On the third day, you'll visit historic Olvera Street and Downtown L.A. and then take the Ventura highway for a stop in beautiful Santa Barbara.

Day 1

Pick up times: 7:15 AM - San Francisco, 7:45 AM - Berkeley

Morning departure from SF Bay Are via Highway 5.

Mid-afternoon arrival in LA. Afternoon visit to Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, and Sunset Strip.

8:30 pm Approximate hotel check-in. Overnight in Best Western Stovall's Inn.

Day 2

Free day in Disney Downtown or optional tours to:

  • Venice Beach (Free, 11 am - 5 pm)
  • Disneyland ($65)
  • Universal Studios ($95)

Day 3

8:30 am Check-out and depart for Los Angeles Downtown

9:45 am Depart Los Angeles Downtown for Santa Barbara

2:30 pm Depart Santa Barbara for San Francisco Bay Area

10:00 pm Approximate arrival time in the Bay Area
