To confirm, please make reservation with passenger names, flight information and $5 non-refundable per person deposit. For packages with airfare, please send passenger's birthday. Package with food and wine pairing tour, passenger food allergy information is due within 7 days from making reservation. Remaining balance due is due 45 days from departure date. Non-payment by due date is considered cancellation. Cancellation charge is 100% of package price if cancellation is made within 45 days from departure. Once package is cancelled, there is no credit to future services.
Once full payment is received, detailed itinerary and service vouchers will be sent within 7 business days.

To qualify for senior and student discount, photo ID with birthday is required. 5% senior and student traveler discount is not available to Hawaii air & hotel package.
